For Students Entering the University of Illinois Fall 2008
The College of Business Intercollege Transfer process only takes place after the freshman year in May, so those students who started at the University of Illinois in the Fall of 2008 are no longer eligible to transfer into the College. The process moved from a 60-30 hour requirement last year. Prior to that, when students were able to transfer at a later date, they were often unable to follow the prescribed course sequence for Business majors and meet degree requirements on time. They were also unable to participate in supplemental programs offered to Business students such as internships, career services, international trips and job shadowing.
