Senior Legacy Campaign
2. What is the "mission statement" or purpose of your organization?
Inspire excellence, commit to the future, and unite members of the College of Business in a rich tradition and lasting Legacy.
3. Roughly how many members belong to your organization?

4. What is the demographic makeup of your organization?
a. Business to non-business students? All are business.
b. Business student majors? An even mix between FIN, ACCY, and Marketing.
c. Class? 23 seniors and 5 juniors.
5. When was your organization established at the University of Illinois?
We were established beginning with the class of 2006.
6. Please describe some of the major events/initiatives of your organization.
Our big initiative is to raise money to donate a senior class gift back to the College of Business. We hold events such as the Legacy Kickoff at Brothers, the Mom's Day Brunch, and the Senior Week activities.
7. Please describe the type of student you are interested in attracting.
Anyone who is passionate about giving back to the College would be a great fit for our organization.
8. When does your Executive Board turn over? (End of Fall or Spring Semester?)
We turn over once a year, at the end of the Spring semester.

a. What roles do these positions play? They all maintain different aspects of the Legacy Campaign, from putting on events to coordinating all aspects of the gift.

11. Is your organization open to any business student or is it selective?
We have an application process at the end of each year, but typically accept all students.
12. Please list a "success story" of your organization.

I think our greatest success was last year, when we raised over $20,000 for the senior class gift. It represented a huge increase from the amount we have been able to raise previously, and shows that our organization is really making leaps and bounds. We were able to donate a kiosk to the BIF and a scholarship to an incoming College of Business student because of the organization's hard work.
