Teaching interests include managerial accounting, management control, and accounting control systems at the undergraduate and master's levels.
Current research interests include human learning, judgment and decision making involving the use of information within business contexts in which it is the individual business person who must assess the relevant uncertainties. Current projects involve the processes employed by auditors to assess causality and to form and test hypotheses concerning observed business and audit events.
