Research focuses on the interaction of law, ethics, and culture as it applies to management decision making. Has served as a consultant to Quality Educational Development, Inc. Consults with the American Arbitration Association Panel of Arbitrators. Serves as arbitrator for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service and the New York Stock Exchange. Serves as arbitrator and mediator for the Iowa Public Employment Relations Board and the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board.
