The Vision

To bring together donor interests with College priorities to enhance business education at UIUC.

The Need

Since the mid-1950s, the percentage of the University of Illinois's budget funded through State dollars fell from 77% to 19%. Despite this ongoing challenge, the College of Business remains vigilant in following our mission: to be a world-class business school renowned for our commitment to learning and to the principal of innovation.

In this rapidly evolving technological age where change occurs in nanoseconds, we must stay competitive and on the cutting-edge of collegiate business education. Our efforts, however, are intrinsically tied to remaining financially solvent and fiscally responsible. We answer this challenge by seeking out and securing funding beyond that provided by the State of Illinois. Thus, through the generosity of our loyal alumni and friends we can do more than just compete -- we can excel.
