Teaching and Research Interests
- I am interested in organizational learning, institutional theory, and social networks. My focus is interorganizational relationship and how it is shaped by and shapes organizational behavior and outcomes. My current research is about how partner similarities and dissimilarities influence organizational learning and knowledge transfer in strategic alliances, and how network structures alter the courses of organizaitonal adaptation and change.
