BA 583: Comparative Business

This course will examine organizations and organizational issues in comparative perspective and within the global context. Each week we will discuss on a set of theories covering different topics important in international business such as the multinational firm, transfer of knowledge across countries, law and finance, comparative corporate governance. 

 

I have tried to include a wide variety of industries and countries so that we can analyze the different theoretical frameworks and international business concepts within diverse settings.

Most of the books are former doctoral dissertations
