Tailor-Made for the Self-Made Entrepreneur Written by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, GrowthVenture™ offers essential business information to build on your existing knowledge and expand the skills you need to grow a sustainable business. You will be challenged to think critically about your business, practice decision-making skills, and ensure all aspects of your business are aligned for long-term sustainability and growth. Each of the ten modules will guide you as you evaluate each major aspect of your business. You will take apart your business, analyze the pieces, and put it back together to create the alignment needed to support your vision and strategic direction. Thoughtful, insightful, and above all practical, the FastTrac® GrowthVenture™ Program provides a forum that allows you to:
