The Illinois International Accounting Symposium will be held at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Catania on
June 4-6, 2009.
In recognition of Professor A. Rashad Abdel-Khalik’s far-reaching contributions to the field of accounting over the past 40 years, National Taiwan University is hosting a symposium in conjunction with the Asia-Pacific Journal of Accounting and Economics (APJAE) in his honor. The symposium was held late December 2007 in Taiwan.
The Vernon K. Zimmerman Center for International Education and Research in
Accounting was established at a renaming ceremony on September 20, 2002.
